At SPARRA Energy Solutions we focus on energy efficiency and saving you money.
SPARRA’s energy audit is completed at your property to determine its energy efficiency. Simply put, energy efficiency means using less energy to do the same job. The audit will provide you with a complete electricity consumption and energy efficiency assessment.
There are three parts to your energy audit: evaluation, testing, and efficiency recommendations.
Once the audit is complete, the auditor will provide you with a report outlining energy consumption, a final energy grading, and home improvement suggestions to cut energy costs on energy bills.

High Electricity Bills
We use electricity for everything… charging our cell phones, and laptops, watching TV, using our computer, cooling and heating our home, hot water, laundry, the list goes on and on.
In Nevada, the average family spends 6-8% of its income on its electric bill Nevada. What’s worse is the average electric bill increases by 4-7% each year.
There are many ways to reduce the amount you spend on electricity each month: Solar, Window Film, Insulation, New HVAC, New Windows/Doors, Variable Speed Pool Pump, Energy Efficient Water Heaters, Changing Light Bulbs for LED, the list goes on and on. The question is, which is best for you? Which upgrade will put the biggest dent in that electric bill.
At SPARRA, we take a deep look at what is driving your costs and provide recommendations on what you can do to make the best impact on your electric bill that fits within your budget.
Return On Investment – 30% Tax Credit
Homeowners can benefit from new federal income tax credits available through 2032. These credits offer up to $3,200 annually, reducing the cost of energy-efficient home upgrades by up to 30%. The credits apply to various improvements, including heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, insulation, doors and windows, electrical panel upgrades, and home energy audits. By making these upgrades, families can save on monthly energy bills for years to come.
Additionally, homeowners can take advantage of the Residential Clean Energy credit, which has been modified and extended. This credit offers a 30% income tax credit for clean energy equipment like rooftop solar, wind energy, geothermal heat pumps, and battery storage through 2032. The credit will then step down to 22% for 2033 and 2034. By leveraging these credits, homeowners can invest in sustainable, clean energy solutions that not only reduce their energy bills but also promote a cleaner environment.
We always recommend that you consult with your tax accountant/CPA for more information.
